Each visit follows their fully customized checklist with the use of GPS-enabled software that provides a date, time and location stamp and includes comments and photos so there is never a question as to whether we were there. The reporting system also serves to meet their underwriter's requirements as proof that their home is supervised regularly which can be especially crucial should they ever need to file a claim.
